Recent Visitors to Gnome Hollow

We now have had visits from King Winter, Mrs. Thaw and Jack Frost ...in that order. King Winter made Gnome Hollow wintery and lovely! Mrs. Thaw melted much of it away, and made it not so lovely. Then, along came Jack Frost and froze up what Mrs. Thaw left behind. Despite the challenges that this may have been presented due to this, we still have been enjoying being outside! We're a hardy bunch! One unfortunate challenge was the fact that the camera was just a bit too cold to take many pictures of our times here this winter.

Here are just a few...

Wow! Thank you King Winter! Thank You!

The saying goes "ask, and you shall receive"...and, this time it really worked! I'm pretty sure that we weren't the only family singing the King Winter song because, boy, did he come through! There should be plenty of snow here at GnomeHollow for the children to play in at this week's Parent-Child classes!

The chickens are cozy in their coop!

The GnomeHome all dressed up in Winter!

Welcome Holly Berry Friends!

Winter Parent/Child classes begin next week, and I'm so excited!

I'm excited to see returning families, and to welcome new ones.

I have something else to be excited about to....the forecast!

The weathermen are predicting snow...and lots of it!

Let's help this become a reality by singing:

King Winter, King Winter, please bring us some snow...
King Winter, King Winter, please do not say no!!

Welcome Lavender & Daisy friends!

Our late summer classes have begun and the weather has been glorious! We hope for more good weather this week, and welcome some more new friends!!

Speaking of new friends, I understand that a few new gnomes have made their home in the forest! Come have a walk in the fairy trail...perhaps you'll get a glimpse!

Home from Maine!

The last couple weeks have been an amazing time for me! I finished my LifeWays Early Childhood and Human Development Training after a wonderful year's journey. I graduated on August 1st! The ceremony was just lovely. It included singing, a Spatial Dynamics performance and a Eurythmy performance, which we enjoyed putting on for our friends and families. It's been renewing and inspiring.

And, I'm looking forward to the next session of classes that begin next week!

We had fun!

The Tiger Lily children and the Sunflower children had their last classes this week. Both classes were a joy, and we had lots of fun!
I look forward to seeing new, and returning families later in the Summer!

Happy Birthday!
